The Schavemaker Group

In 1967, Henk Schavemaker set up the company of Schavemaker Transport. Over the years, this company has grown to become a logistics organisation with a good 180 tractor units and 300 hauled units. The Schavemaker Group, which includes Schavemaker Transport, Schavemaker Containers and Schavemaker Logistiek, has over 225 employees, who constantly strive to provide a high quality logistics service.

The Schavemaker Group's policy aims to work with the client to find the most effective and efficient method of transport. Using an automated ride registration and administration system, the company can see transport flows and can thus ensure controllable administrative processes.
The Schavemaker Group specialises in transporting steel. A number of vehicles have been developed for this purpose, making it possible to transport rolled steel together with other products.
