Schavemaker Transport transports products for its customers within a European network that has been achieved through acquisitions and collaborations. Schavemaker Transport has almost 200 tractor vehicles and 300 hauled vehicles that operate throughout Europe, but focusing in particular on the Benelux Countries, Germany and Spain/Portugal. From just 1 pallet to a full load
Our network deals with both full load and mixed consignments as small as just 1 pallet throughout Europe. The size of the company and its network mean that we are able to deliver your goods to the delivery address by the agreed time at an attractive price.
Moreover, all our premises have mixed cargo sheds, where we bulk up goods to make full loads. These mixed cargo sheds are equipped with a Class 4 security system. In addition to our well-known taut liners, we also have box trailers that are specially equipped to provide extra security for valuable goods.
Transporting steel
We transport steel rolls for many steel manufacturers and steel producers using specially equipped roll trough trailers. Schavemaker is the largest steel transporter in the Netherlands and has more than 100 roll trough trailers. Our strength lies in our intensive geographic network in western Europe, which means we can combine hauls in this specialist area.
Special loads
Schavemaker Transport is the right place to come to for exceptional loads too, because we specialise in exceptionally long, wide and heavy loads. And we don't just provide the transport - we can also help you with transport permits, registration with the authorities and freight documentation.

Urgent consignments
We have a large number of drivers and, together with our close network, this means that we can are ready to take immediate action to deal with urgent consignments. We can man the freight wagons with 2 drivers direct from our premises, so that we can transport your load without any stopovers, subject to the legal requirements, of course.

Air Cargo and Volume transport
We have trailers equipped with the so-called roller track system to transport air freight pallets. In addition, our trailers are suitable for the transportation of volume goods. A cooling/freezer motor is mounted at the front of the trailers.
